History

In January 2000, Aetrium, Incorporated announced that they were discontinuing operations at their Lawrence, Ma. facility. This facility had been designing and manufacturing Burn-In and reliability equipment, using proprietary technology. These systems are known as "Saturn Towers", BAK-PAK", and QUBE-PAK" systems.

Members of the management team at the Lawrence Division negotiated with Aetrium for the rights to continue the design, manufacture and sale of the product line. This agreement gives ThetaDelta Technologies Inc. an exclusive license for the product line, as well as certain equipment, material, and documents.

In April 2000, ThetaDelta moved to a facility on South Union Street in Lawrence, Ma.

ThetaDelta successfully negotiated with key design, manufacturing, and support personnel at Aetrium - Lawrence Division, for their continued support of the technology and operations. The combined experience of these core personnel is in excess of 200 years.

In April 2001, ThetaDelta moved to a 16,000 square feet facility on 50 Island Street in Lawrence, Ma.

ThetaDelta continues the tradition of designing and producing sophisticated Bum-in and Reliability test equipment started by EJ Systems, Inc. in 1978.
