Mercury System can be used in engineering labs, test departments, clean rooms, etc. Do to its small Size the Mercury can be placed on top of benches for DUT failure analysis, thermal characterization, small lot Burn-In, and lifetest. The Mercury System will accommodate 1-4 Qubes with or without water-cooling. The easy access electronics panel allows the customer to add their own custom designed features, such as high speed Clock signals. The Mercury's controlling Software provides complete data logging and DUT error tracking. Refer to Qube-Pak features for more information. |
