Saturn Towers serve as the supporting structure for Qube modules and associated test equipment. The octagonal shape of the tower provides a total of 16 equipment bays - 8 bays on the upper level and 8 bays on the lower level of the tower. Each bay can be equipped with two Qube modules to provide a maximum of 32 QUBE sites per tower. The total number of Qube sites actually installed in a tower will depend on the amount of peripheral test equipment that is required. All Qube sites are supplied with AC and DC power, communications, and cooling water for removal of heat dissipated by the Qube and DUTs.
All of the systems DUT positions are set up and monitored by the systems PC controller utilizing ThetaDelta technologies comprehensive software. The software provides the user complete control over all device parameters, data logging, and error logs as well as many other features and reports.
