Host Controlling Software:
An Ethernet Local Area Network connects all system devices through fast dual speed switches. Host Application software provides a link to the SetupCreator™ utility for setting up various Test files which control QUBE operation. This software provides operator interface to all QUBE’s to instanciate a Test and performs continuous monitoring of system activity. Each Qube Module runs independently of Host software. Failure of Host computer does not affect Qube operation.
Local QUBE Software:
The programming of QubePak modules is performed by software running on a host computer. Embedded field programmable, Flash based, QUBE Application software has complete local control of all necessary functions to serve and protect a single or multiple DUTs throughout a Lifetest or Burn-in cycle.
Standard Software features:
Signal section describes the electrical Test conditions, such as:
- Voltage, Current, Pulse-Width setpoints
- Voltage, Current, Pulse-Width shutdown and in- range limits
- Bias up/down sequence order
- Multi-step Power Cycling parameters
- Servo Mode™ constant current control
Thermal section describes thermal conditions, such as:
- Burn-in time
- Overtemp limits
- Multiple Profile steps
- ØJC correction
- PID tuning
Sweep section describing the sweep conditions, such as:
- Pre-Sweep thermal setup
- Pre-Sweep soak time
- Selectable sweep timer (Etm, Atm, PC)
- Number of sweep points
- Start and stop setpoint condition
- Family of Curves
